7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicle:
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar dangerous pursuits is not allowed. The transport of hazardous materials is forbidden. Subletting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The vehicle must only be used for its intended purposes, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Operating the vehicle outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is also not allowed.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
